For the past 16 years, Carmine has been involved in the Calgary construction industry as an owner and general contractor involved in all types of projects.  From custom home builds, renovations even commercial office space, Carmine and his team have done it all.  Four years ago Carmine obtained his Home Inspection masters certificate and has since been running two successful companies, ClearView Construction and Concrete and 360 Home Inspections.

Born in Calgary’s own General Hospital, this family man has watched the city expand and grow in all directions.  As an active member in the community, Carmine is fully involved in his children’s Swimming, Soccer and Skating, and will continue to do so in the future.

Moving forward, Carmine is excited to announce that he has now also become an active member in the Real Estate industry, and is planning on shifting 100% of his focus in this direction.  Carmine is looking forward to applying the vast knowledge that he has built up over the years to help clients during the buying and selling process.  He will also be continuing to work closely with builders and renovators alike, to help them with any of their projects needs.

Carmine understands how personal the buying and selling process can be, having sold and purchased many of his own homes. Placing himself in the client’s shoes, he knows what it means when it comes to buying and selling the family home, or a beautiful custom spec that a builder poured themselves into.

Krista, being born and raised in Calgary, has ample knowledge of our unique city’s market and trends. Her parents flipped and managed properties throughout her life; in turn she has lived in many communities all over the city and understands what they have to offer. Krista believes that the more one’s Realtor knows the better equipped they are to assist their clients. Because of this she has continued her education of the Real Estate industry over her 11 year career, obtaining many designations to best serve her clients and achieving many awards. The main designations she obtained for maximum representation of her clients are: Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Condominium Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. She also obtained her Associate Brokers license in 2011; this achievement allows her to know all the ins and outs of the Real Estate transaction to have her client’s experience be the best it can be with no hassles along the way.
